POETRY RECITAL

During Weeks 4 and 5, students will be asked to deliver a poetry recital. Each student will need to recite a poem of their choice. This may also be a poem they have written themselves. The recital should be no longer than two - four minutes. Students will need to focus on voice and expression, movement, action and enthusiasm. Props and sound effects could also be used. Students should aim to recite the poem from memory. We will choose one winner from each Year Level, who will then recite their poem at the Book Parade in Week 6.
